    The certificate is dated May 25, 1912. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 1911 .
    I have not been able to locate any information about the company but the certificate features a great vignette of what presumably was the companies office building. It shows an 8 story building, with the company name at the top of the building and railroad tracks running through it with a train emerging from the building.
