40 factory-like Nickel Silver Cup Washers collars/pin for restoring STR8 razors

This fixed price auction is for 40 small nickel silver cup washers for straight razor restorations. If you are trying to replicate the look of factory locking washers used on vintage razors, (and modern razors for that matter), then this product, new to the restoration market, is what you are looking for. These are small, rounded shoulder cup washers that are as close to factory originals as you will find. These are not the flat, or domed from flat, washers that many restorationists use today. These replicas are stamped, cup washers, made from nickel silver sheets, countersunk to provide additional strength. Cup washers have dual walls for extra strenght and will not flatten, or break down during the peening process. The washers measure 3.7mm in diameter and 1.0mm thick/height. (Note: Try sanding the bottom down for an even lower mounting profile, if you prefer.) You will also receive 40 small stainless steel under washers that provide additional support for locking the pivot and wedge ends securely. The washer holes fits a 1/16 inch brass round rod stock. Flat and domed washers or jewelry beads just don’t look the same as these factory replicas, and you won’t find them any where else. Photo show how they will look mounted.
