    Antique Stock Certificate from the William Penn Mutual Loan & Building Association,Tullytown,P.A,Bucks County. There is no date written on it but the seal has 1873 as incorporation date. This looks like late 1890's. Signed by Mary W. Black and Henry Lovett and Benjamin Lovett. Measures 9" x 5". See Condition above.
