    Carroll Cutler Straight Razor Square Point Jimps Decorative Creamy Yellow Handle
    This vintage Carroll Cutler & Co. straight razor has a decorative creamy yellow handle. The blade has a square/spike point and an unfortunate chunk out of the edge. The etching on the front of the shank says, “CARROLL CUTTER & CO.” and “CHICAGO.” There are jimps on the bottom of the shank. The razor measures approximately 6" when closed and
    9-5/8 " when fully opened.
    Pre-owned. This straight razor shows signs of use and wear, namely tiny scratches and patina. The decorative handle is quite attractive. Unfortunately, there is a sizeable chunk missing from the blade edge.
    From the estate of our Uncle Paul, born in 1927, who collected all kinds of things in Denver, Colorado, from the mid-1950s until his untimely death in the mid-1980s. It’s going to take us a LONG time to liquidate the estate, so we invite you to keep watching for our listings.
