    Has been in my collection but rarely used so it is in Near Mint Condition.
    This can be considered a very special Thiers Issard razor as Champion Eagle is one of those Vintage French Razors Brands (like the Le Grelot which used to be an independent brand) that they brought up. Thiers Issard later either used these brands' unfinished razors or their blanks to create or finish the end product to sell under their company name. So you would say, it's a Thiers Issard SR, but not completely a Thiers Issard ST. Includes everything you see in the picture.
