Florida State University FSU Football National Champions 1999 Rare Framed Print

Description

Colorful lithograph print titled at the bottom as "1999 National Champions".  The lithograph celebrates the 1999 National Championship for the Florida State Univeristy (FSU) Seminoles Football team led by Head Coach Bobby Bowden.  FSU's leading tackler for the 1999 season (linebacker Tommy Polley #29) is shown during the championship game in in the upper left (see Photo 7) tackling a Virginia Tech running back with an assist on the tackle from two other FSU's linebackers (Bobby Rhodes #49 and Brian Allen #55). In the Championship game, Tommy Polley blocked a Virginia Tech punt and back up running back Jeff Chaney #24 picked up the ball from the blocked kick at the Virginia Tech six yard line and ran it into the end zone for a touchdown.  The center of the lithograph (see Photos 4, 5, and 6) depicts Jeff Chaney #24 in celebration after the touchdown being lifted into the air by lineman Justin Amman #64. Peter Warrick #9 is shown in the lithograph running back a kickoff for a touchdown in the championship game just below the image of Head Coach Bobby Bowden.  Other images depicted in the lithograph include Chief Osceola riding on his Appaloosa horse Renegade (see Photo 9) and the Sears Championship trophy (see Photo 8).
I could not determine the artist of the lithograph as I have not examined the lithograph out of the frame.  The framed lihograph print rarely comes up for sale as I was only able to locate on the internet one other similar framed print that previously sold in 2013.
The lithograph is on high quality paper stock. The border of the print is garnet in color and the garnet color part of the lithograph has arrowhead shadow images.  Gold matting is present over the outside parts of the print and the print and matting are under glass and set in a cherry color wood frame.
The visible image of the lithograph (not covered by the gold matting) measures approximately 21 inches in width and 24.5 inches in height.  The frame size measures approximately 26.5 inches in width by 31.5 inches in height.  The entire back of the framed lithograph is shown in Photo 11.
Please see all 12 photographs as the photographs are part of the description. The framed lithograph print is in very good condition condition.  The only minor visible flaws are that the cherry wood frame has some minor handling scratches and the gold matting in the uppermost left corner has a minor crease (see Photo 12).  The print displays extremely well and the glass has no cracks or other visible flaws.    If yo
