    Vintage George Wostenholm IXL Straight Razor
    This razor is in good used condition. The blade is in good condition, no chips on the cutting edge, it's sharp, but will probably need some touch up sharpening to be ready for shaving. There are some fine scratches on the blade, I am no expert, but I would say they are minor in nature. The blade still has tension on it  and stays in place. The blade lines up well when being closed into the handle. The handle is good, there are some marks on the handle by the rivet pin, as if the pin was refitted at one time. The tang is marked: GEORGE WOSTENHOLM & SON - CELEBRATED - IXL - RAZOR - WASHINGTON WORKS - SHEFFIELD. The cutting edge measures about 2 3/4.
