This square-pointed razor has jimps on both the top and bottom of the shank.  Note that the razor is made in such a way that the scales turn inward on the bottom side so that a closure is made and the blade does not go all the way through the scales.
The blade has "Our Very Best" engraved on it.  The number 0 (zero) is impressed on the shank right by the pivot pin and next to the makers' names.
The blade measures about 4/8 in width.  The closed razor measures about 6" in length.
We find no problems with the blade.  One scale on the underside has a small dent.  The scales appear to us to be plastic, but we are not good judges of the various materials used for this purpose.
