Here are 2 charming ready to wear pins and a small sized ring. Perfect for the person who prefers daintier but still noticeable when worn jewelry pieces.
Plastic pins were affordable so all ladies could now adorn themselves with the popular collar/bar pins.
The first well crafted pin has pretty and still sparkling vintage intact rhinestones and measures about 2 1/4” long. It has good working pin skank with the older c-clasp pin back. It has the curved shape in order to fit better on the neckline. The plastic has thickness and I think is the color of apples juice bakelite
The other smaller pin has raised flowers. The shank has a bit of a bend but stills holds securely.
Then an interesting ring that measures just about a 1 1/2” ring size. (Could be worn as a pinkie ring SEE photos)
It has a silver tone metal frame that is beaded and is done to resemble marcasites. The cameo is a butterscotch yellow. The cameo lady has nice detailing. The ring band retains original thickness but back band metal is know a brassy color. The is back nice and clean. When you wear it does look like a real cameo. A good example of what could be done with plastic.
