Hello, my name is Omar Khiel.  I have been building custom bicycle frames since 1988.  All Oasis frames and forks are built by me, alone.  No students, assistants, or apprentices, just me.  I do the full job, including paint.  I have built a number of production frames that have been in stock for a while.  So I am offering them here at very affordable prices to get them on the road.  Many sizes available.  This particular frame is made with a complete Dedacciai Zero Uno oversize tubeset.  All fittings are Walter, from Italy, investment cast parts.  Full compliment of braze ons.  DuPont Imron Pearl White paint.
Road Geometry.  All prepped, machined and ready to assemble.
Frame specs include:
Seat tube and Top tube lengths are 56cm, center to center.
Head tube angle is 73.5 deg.
Seat tube angle is 73 deg.
Bottom Bracket drop is 7cm.
Chainstay length is 41.5cm.
Head tube length is 14cm.
Fork has a 1" threadless steering column and 4.5cm of rake.
The frame is designed for short to medium reach brakes and 23/25 tires.  A 28c tire should fit also
