pre-owned/NO play vintage #860-MATTEL Barbie MIDGE set: DOLL+BOX+ACCESS.
PLEASE check the COST of AIRMAIL SHIPPING with TRACKING listed below the description before placing a bid....this is a lovely, pre-owned vintage, early 1960's, Mattel Barbie MIDGE, blue-eyed, TITIAN hair, straight-legged doll, that shows little to no handling on her, as I received her many years ago. She does have her WRIST TAG that shows no tears or creases on it. She was stored in a heated cabinet, away from strong light; we are a NON-smoking and NON-pet home. She is wearing her original 2-pc. SWINSUIT and her accessories, like her WHITE SHOES and BOOKLET, are in their original plastic behind her. DESCRIBING the DOLL: her HAIR is in her original style as you see in my pictures; her FACIAL coloring may be a bit darker and her features, of course, have no rubs on them; her LIP color is still fairly bright in color tone; her TORSO shows no play marks on it and the rest of her matches closely in color tone; there is nail polish on FINGERS but one hand looks darker than the other one and polish on the TOES is fairly uniform and original in color, dark particularly dark. INCLUDED is also the GOLD STAND in also excellent condition. The box has the full-length LINER with small tears on either side of the armholes and it is more beige in color tone so not sure if original color tone or discolored from age. The BOX has some age and storage wear on it with some typical edge-corner wear; some darker discoloration on the bottom part of it; one lid corner has a split; and an odd other surface wear spot, not-too-noticeable. My pictures show all sides-inside of the box so you can see the condition well. I think you'll be pleased to add her to your Barbie doll collection, a nice original that is complete!
