Standard Test Method for Determining Water Migration Resistance Through Roof Membranes
5.1 This test method provides a means of evaluating roof membranes, seams, and laps for resistance to water migration from standing water on the roof. This test method evaluates roof membranes when first applied and also after simulated deterioration caused by the ultraviolet energy of the sun.
Our  Henry 988 silicone membrane alone prevents moisture from below or above, no other silicone can do this without a substrate.

The contractor will get certified by Henry to be an approved applicator/installer
Henry inspector will then pre-inspect the roof to ensure it qualifies the roof as a Coatings candidate
Size minimums are required
Once approved the applicator proceeds with installing the system of choice
Once installation is complete, a Henry Inspector will walk the roof to verify completion
Once that is completed the applicator fills out the warranty online and sends to Henry
Then the warranty is processed
Henry offers limited limited product warranties, up to LIFETIME, and  the following labor warranties
10 or 12 year Acrylic labor warranty
10 or 12 year Aluminum  labor warranty
10, 15 or 20 year silicone labor warranty
