The frame on this piece isn't great but the poster is.  So I'd think you'd replace the frame to be honest.
The poster is in great shape and really a cool piece if you're a Phillies fan from the 80s.
2 HOF players on one print that was a promotional poster it appears.
There's another one out here that's signed by artist and players but this one is unsigned and just the art piece.
Measures 28 inches wide and 22-23 inches tall as it sits in the current frame
