Vintage 1960's Mattel BRUNETTE BARBIE BUBBLE CUT Doll *VG-EX Condition

This is a Vintage 1960's Mattel Black Hair, Brunette "Bubble Cut
Barbie" doll that is in very good to excellent played with condition. We are not familiar with Barbie and got our info from the "Barbie Dolls and Collectibles" Book. If you have a specific question, please e-mail us before bidding as she is SOLD AS-IS. Barbie has thick black/brunette hair that appears uncut and bright face paint that has some slight rubs on the edges of her eyelashes and some paint missing on her upper lip. This can be seen in the pictures. Her makeup is nice and not faded and she has no facial discoloration that I can see. There are holes in her ears where the earrings went, but no green or discoloration there as far as I can tell. Her head is firmly attached to her body with no neck splits or damage. Her body is tight and not swingy and she is marked "Midge T.M./(c) 1962/Barbie (R)/(c) 1958/By Mattel, Inc./Patented" on her backside. She is marked "Japan" on the bottom of her right foot. There are no chew marks on her hands or feet and they still retain most of the original nail from the factory.
There is a red mark on her backside upper thigh area (as seen in the picture).
She could use a good overall cleaning as her arms and legs are dirty, but she has no odor or musty smell that I can detect. She is wearing her red swimsuit that is in good shape but is a little dirty and needs a wash. Barbie is very pretty on display and would make a welcome addition to your Vintage Barbie doll Collection!! She is SOLD AS-IS.
