Here's a vintage 1984 Fuji Touring Series III lugged steel road bike frame set
Extra Small 49cm frame (see below for full measurements)
Silver
Uses 27" wheels
Takes cantilever brakes
Made in Japan out of Fuji Valite Quad-Butted Steel Tubing 1769
It has minor kickstand impressions under the chainstays, otherwise no other dents
Finish has wear and decals are worn, a few touch ups by the previous owner
The headset is in working condition though you will probably want to repack for optimal performance
No bottom bracket included
