Balloons will be shipped flat and deflated*  You can take them to your local party store or florist to be filled up with helium. Balloon sizing is from top to bottom. Latex balloons typically last 5-10 hours depending on the helium quality, temperature, sunlight exposure and other conditions.  Ribbons are not included.
For best results, have balloons filled up right before your party or event to ensure they stay inflated as long as possible.
Face coverings are made from polyester fiber.

Due to the lighting and monitor display variance, the item's color may be
slightly
different from the photograph.  Designs are printed on one side and size/shape may vary slightly from balloon to balloon.
Items will ship as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 business days (sometimes even same day) after your PayPal payment clears.
Order will ship to the address you have on file with PayPal so please update it
prior to bidding
if you would like it shipped to an alternate address.
